Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of hromium.com and any course access purchased from Hromium.
1. The service
Hromium provides an independent online preparation course for the Claude Certified Architect—Foundations exam. Hromium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. The exam, certification, and digital badge are provided separately by their respective owners.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. One purchase is licensed to one person; sharing or reselling account access is prohibited.
3. Purchase and access
The price and taxes shown at checkout are the amount you agree to pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. A successful one-time payment grants personal access to the purchased course for the commercial lifetime of that course, subject to these terms. It does not include mentoring, an exam voucher, certification, or future products unless the offer expressly says so.
4. Cancellations and refunds
We do not offer a voluntary refund policy after digital course access has begun. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Where required, immediate access and any loss of a statutory withdrawal right depend on your separate express consent and acknowledgement during purchase.
5. Educational results
The course is preparation material, not a guarantee that you will pass an exam, achieve a particular score, or obtain a certification. Results depend on your preparation, experience, and exam conditions. Hromium does not administer the exam and, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for exam availability, booking, fees, resits, score reports, or decisions made by the exam or certification provider. Exam objectives, provider policies, and product behaviour can change, so you should verify current official requirements before booking or taking an exam.
6. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the course for your own study. Course text, videos, illustrations, code, and interface remain the property of Hromium or their respective licensors. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, scrape, train a model on, or distribute substantial parts of the course without written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You may not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, use another person’s account, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, or when these terms are materially breached.
8. Availability and changes
We may update course content, lesson order, and technical features to keep the material useful and secure. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not promise that every feature will remain unchanged.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Transactional messages about your account or purchase are part of the service. Marketing messages are optional and include a way to unsubscribe.
11. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without removing any mandatory protections you have under the law of your country of residence. Questions can be sent to hi@hromium.com.
