Terms of Service

1. The service

Hromium provides independent online certification preparation and practical AI labs. Hromium is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. Third-party exams, certifications, products, and services are provided separately by their respective owners.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Each purchase or subscription is licensed to one person; sharing or reselling account access is prohibited.

3. Purchases, subscriptions, and access

The price, billing interval, and taxes shown at checkout are the amount you agree to pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. A successful one-time course payment grants personal access for the commercial lifetime of that course. An AI Labs subscription renews monthly or annually until cancelled and grants access to the labs included in the pass while the subscription remains active. AI Architect Exam Preparation is not included in the AI Labs pass. Unless an offer expressly says otherwise, access does not include mentoring, an exam voucher, a professional certification, or unrelated future products.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel an AI Labs subscription through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewal, and access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Payments are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, including a 14-day right for many distance contracts in the European Economic Area. Starting to use a course or lab does not waive that right unless we have obtained the separate express consent and acknowledgement required by law. To exercise a statutory withdrawal right, email hi@hromium.com before the applicable deadline and identify the purchase.

5. Educational results

Courses and labs are educational material, not a guarantee that you will pass an exam, achieve a particular score, obtain a professional certification, or produce a particular business result. A Hromium lab certificate records course completion only; it is not a professional certification or independent verification of your project. Results depend on your preparation, tools, source data, and operating environment. Hromium does not administer third-party exams and, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for their availability, booking, fees, resits, score reports, or decisions. Third-party objectives, policies, and product behaviour can change, so you should verify current official requirements.

6. Licence and intellectual property

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the course for your own study. Course text, videos, illustrations, code, and interface remain the property of Hromium or their respective licensors. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, scrape, train a model on, or distribute substantial parts of the course without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You may not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious code, use another person’s account, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, or when these terms are materially breached.

8. Availability and changes

We may update course content, lesson order, and technical features to keep the material useful and secure. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We do not promise that every feature will remain unchanged.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Privacy and communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data. Transactional messages about your account or purchase are part of the service. Marketing messages are optional and include a way to unsubscribe.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without removing any mandatory protections you have under the law of your country of residence. Questions can be sent to hi@hromium.com.
